Reopened in a new location in the spring of 2024. The owner, Hidefumi Takazawa, who once worked as a seafood intermediate wholesaler, knows his fresh fish. You’ll find many unusual local fish that do not usually grace the dinner table but that the chef prepares in delicious dishes. The restaurant also attracts sake lovers for its local sake and wide variety.
