Sake served with the owner’s seafood delicacies

The owner, Daichi Abe, a trained chef, serves his specialties with sake, shochu, whiskey, vodka, gin, and other domestically produced alcoholic beverages. Many of his customers are single and he wants them to eat more seafood, so he prepares a variety of seasonal local fish for them and all guests purchased from a local fresh fish retailer.
