Owner-chef Yasunori Ogawa is a proponent of local production for local consumption. His aim is to provide guests with seasonal experiences using local ingredients. He makes a point of using fish delivered by local fishermen from Ainoshima Island as well as vegetables from his own farm. His dishes go beyond traditional Italian, such as the curry that uses lots of Ainoshima sazae (turban shells). The weekday and weekend lunch specials are also popular.
