A kappō ryokan restaurant that proudly serves cuisine using fish landed daily at nearby ports, held live in the restaurant’s fish tank until preparation for a guest’s order. Especially popular are two kaiseki sets with the main dish either a large horse mackerel (tsuri aji genchan) or spear squid (ippon yari). In the winter, a set featuring torafugu (tiger pufferfish) also appears. Private rooms of various sizes are available.
