A high-class French restaurant founded in Yokohama in 1975, relocated to Munakata in 2010, and now led by the restaurant’s second-generation chef. He uses wild-caught fish purchased directly from local fishermen, combined with fresh vegetables grown in Munakata and Fukutsu, transforming the ingredients into royal French cuisine. The menu is improvised according to the fish landed each day. Dishes will be different on every visit, presenting new Munakata delights for both the eye and palate.
