Owner-chef Kazuhiro Yamaguchi is a Japanese chef dedicated to his craft. He trained at Japanese restaurants throughout Kyushu and relocated here from another part of Fukuoka in 2018. By opening this restaurant near the sea, he says that he naturally started using more fish. He purchases fish caught by local fishermen from the Kanenomisaki Live Fish Center and uses rice and vegetables grown in the Munakata area. Evenings are by reservation only.
