Isonoya, restaurant and minshuku

Satisfying in freshness, taste and volume

A live fish restaurant located near the pier for the sightseeing boat that goes to the Keya no Oto Cave. Seafood caught in the waters right offshore is served at reasonable prices with plenty of volume. The nitsuke teishoku (with sashimi), pictured above, features a large simmered tai (sea bream) and comes with sashimi—shimaaji (striped jack), hirame (flounder) and tai—all for just 1,800 yen. Another popular dish is the sazae zanmai, with plenty of turban shells.
