A burger made from the tastiest Itoshima ingredients
Chef Kazunobu Yoshida began studying French cuisine in Kyoto at the age of 15. He previously ran an izakaya, but in 2019 opened this hamburger shop using ingredients from Itoshima. The restaurant specializes in hot habanero seasoning and hamburgers for takeout. Popular choices are the Itoshima Burger, which uses local Itonotakara pork, and the Oyster Ahijo Burger, which uses richly flavored, plump Itoshima oysters.
