The weekday-only lunch sushi buffet (90 minutes) is very popular and features local Itoshima seafood. You can enjoy a satisfying range of fish from the Genkai Sea, including fresh sea bream, mackerel and tachiuo (largehead hairtail), all in one place. The seafood is complemented by dishes made with Itoshima-grown vegetables, so you can eat until full without guilt. Evenings are reservation-only a day in advance, when the chef brings out his best sushi and small dishes to go with sake.
