Celebrating 100 years in business since 1923, the Michelin-starred Hakata Izumi restaurant is known throughout Japan for its fugu (pufferfish) cuisine. Despite being famous for fugu, the restaurant serves plenty of other types of seafood, such as hamo (sea eel) and okoze (stonefish), prepared with the expert skill of a long-standing seafood establishment in Fukuoka for all guests to enjoy.
