A native of Itoshima, chef Daisuke Kiyohara opened this Japanese cuisine restaurant with confidence in the superb flavor of local ingredients. He purchases wild-caught fish directly from Itoshima fisherman and fishmongers, and also uses as much meat and vegetables from the area as he can. ’The chef prepares both standard and creative dishes based on Japanese cuisine. Delicate seasoning brings out the best flavor of the ingredients and the presentation adds to the full seasonal experience.
