Hakata tavern cuisine Kisuimaru, Kitte Hakata branch

A popular tavern where you can enjoy a night stall atmosphere and classic Hakata dishes such as goma saba (sesame mackerel) and skewers of grilled pork rib. The local seafood is fresh, purchased daily from the Fukuoka Fish Market, and goes well with alcohol and the many tasty side dishes. The centerpiece dish is a five-type assorted sashimi platter that changes daily. The live saba and tai (sea bream) are reasonably priced, as is the other Fukuoka seafood.
