Kagaya is a 115-year-old ryokan at Wakura Onsen on the Noto Peninsula, far from Fukuoka. This is the only place in Kyushu where you can experience the ryokan cuisine. Local fish and other fresh ingredients from Kyushu are combined with typical Kaga vegetables and other ingredients from the Hokuriku region. The special Kagaya culinary techniques handed down over generations transform the ingredients into magnificent Japanese cuisine. Enjoy a regular meal or a special kaiseki course.
