Creative Italian tastes from the chef

This reservation-only Italian restaurant is run by Chef Agari, who served as head chef at the well-known Osaka Italian restaurant, Ponte Vecchio. He uses ingredients from Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu creatively to design gourmet delights. The charcoal-grilled Kanezaki amadai (tilefish)—a course meal dish—is served with a sauce made from short-necked clams (asari) and watercress, adding depth to the special flavor of the fish.
