Like the main branch, the restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine that highlights the seasons of Hakata in a serene space one could hardly imagine is located at the heart of Tenjin. Both seafood and vegetables are locally sourced, and the beautiful plates and bowls also vary by season, making the gozen set and kaiseki course feasts for the eyes as well as the palate. A seasonal fruit parfait and other sweets are popular for a casual break.
