In August 2023, the restaurant moved to Torikai from Taguma, Sawara-ku. The owner, Akio Koga, heads to the Fukuoka Fish Market at 5:30 every morning to select the seafood he will use that day. He focuses on wild-caught fish from Fukuoka Prefecture. The sushi is creative and original without being overly staged, reflecting his training in traditional Fukuoka sushi restaurants. He also uses rice grown in the prefecture.
