Owner Naoki Nomiyama opened this restaurant in June 2020 after apprenticing at other Japanese restaurants. As the name indicates, donburi rice bowls are the signature dish and come in 10-plus varieties, including the popular local seafood kaisen-don. Try the “guilty pleasure” tsufu-don loaded with fish roe and other delicacies. Diners can also choose sashimi or other dishes from a casual izakaya-style menu.
