The restaurant has a 3-ton fish tank filled with Fukuoka squid and other fish from the nearby seas. Because the city of Ogori is inland, customers flock to this restaurant to eat fresh seafood year-round. The local-born owner, Hiroyuki Hayashi, who has trained in Tokyo and Fukuoka, holds nothing back in his effort and mission “to serve people fresh, delicious fish.”
