Local fish caught in the Buzen Sea transformed into Italian cuisine

A reservation-only Italian restaurant that opened in Yukuhashi in 2017. Dishes include pasta and meat, but the specialty here is fish with a focus on seasonal seafood caught locally in the Buzen Sea. High-quality ingredients from all over Japan are combined with the seafood plus local vegetables and fruits, served on custom-made Agano-yaki ceramic ware.
