The restaurant of an inn that has been in business for 70 years in a quiet spot at Unoshima port, once known for its seawater hot spring facility, Shioyu. The gently shelving shallow waters are nutrient-rich and known for the hamo (sea eel) and plump Buzen Sea oysters in the shell—local dishes for which the restaurant is popular. Diners do not have to be staying guests, but reservations are required.
