An inn established in 1928 that serves traditional Japanese cuisine, relocated and renovated in 2021. Located with a view of Iwaya fishing port, guests can always enjoy freshly landed fish. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes using local seafood, such as live squid sashimi or tender Kitakyushu abalone, which is raised onshore at an aquaculture farm near the fishing port, or the Iwaya akamoku, a certified Kitakyushu brand of seaweed.
