A restaurant that has been in business for about 40 years in Yahatanishi-ku. Shunsuke Kawamoto, the second-generation owner, who trained in upscale Japanese hotel cuisine and under acclaimed sushi chefs, took over in 2019 and moved the restaurant to its current location. Diners can enjoy seasonal local fish caught in the Genkai-nada Sea and nearby waters in a calm space accented by white walls and wood tones. The chef offers seasonal à la carte dishes and courses that include sushi for lunch or dinner.
