A sushi kappō restaurant located in a back alley in Nishinakasu. The menu has one item—the Sakumatsu Omakase “chef’s choice” course, which allows you to enjoy fish and local sake from Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu. The 12,000-yen course includes all you can drink for two hours. About 10 dishes are served at the diner’s pace that include appetizers, sashimi, grilled fish, an earthenware steam-boil, simmered fish, and tempura. Every dish is prepared exquisitely to satisfy fully.
