This Chinese restaurant is run by owner Toshiaki Yamamoto, who first encountered the foods of Itoshima while in training in Tokyo. His healthy course meals are based on ingredients from Itoshima, both seafood and vegetables. He cooks using the traditional Chinese concept of food and medicine coming from the same source. Aged Itoshima madai (red sea bream) is used in the sashimi salad and other popular seasonal seafood dishes. Choose from a selection of ten or more rice dishes to finish the meal.
