We recommend the “2,700-yen set” that includes oysters, prawns, and turban shells. Also, you shouldn’t miss the excellent Iwagaki oysters, whose peak season is summer, but can be enjoyed all year round thanks to an original cultivation method. Topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, this dish is also a feast for the eyes. The freshness of the fish caught early in the morning is the pride of this restaurant.
