Opened in December 2023. This indoor restaurant facility with six food stalls next to one another serves local Fukuoka specialties such as ikizukuri (squid prepared live) and goma saba (sesame mackerel). The facility’s live fish tank has squid from Kanezaki as well as Fukuoka-caught kawahagi (thread-sail filefish), aji (horse mackerel), and saba (mackerel), prepared fresh from the tank upon the guest’s order. Individual stalls can be booked by a single party (from 7 people).
