French cuisine using seasonal, fresh local fish

At this French bar run by Chef Toshihiro Nakashima, who trained in France, you can enjoy superb French cuisine made with wild-caught seafood purchased directly from fishermen at the Isaki Fishing Port in Hakata Bay. Natural abalone harvested from Hakata Bay is braised in white wine and served with a tasty gut sauce. The wild game (gibier) and vegetables are from Fukuoka Prefecture. The restaurant is small, so be sure to make reservations.
