


The owner, Hidefumi Takazawa, who once worked as a seafood intermediate wholesaler, knows his fresh fish. You’ll find many unusual fish in the refrigerated case on the counter that do not usually grace the dinner table but that the chef is able to prepare in delicious dishes. The restaurant also attracts sake lovers for its local sake and wide variety. Reservations are recommended as there are only 10 counter seats.
