Tasty seafood with a view out over the Genkai Sea
A seaside ryokan with a view of the ocean from every room. The restaurant has a large fish tank, guaranteeing fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea, such as ipponyari (swordtip squid), in a variety of à la carte dishes as well as seasonal kaiseki and gozen courses. Since its establishment, the owner has personally purchased fish from the Hatsu and Ashiya fishing ports, an area with the highest volume of fugu (pufferfish) catches and number of licensed fugu chefs in the prefecture. The restaurant’s winter specialty is wild fugu from Kanezaki.
