Direct-run take-out shop by a seafood shop

A take-out shop run by the company that manages the super-popular Kurume seafood shop, Uomasa. The company’s president, Keiji Horie, opened this specialty shop to “ease the burden of preparing food at home, guilt-free.” Many dishes are available, including a kaisendon seafood rice bowl, sashimi platter, and decorative sushi arrangements that look like desserts, designed by Decoshushi chefs. One recommendation is the aji-fry, using half a fish (horse mackerel) caught in Fukuoka Prefecture waters. The deep-fried fish has thick meat with a fluffy texture that sets it apart from any other deep-fry you can get.
