A sushi restaurant founded in 1964. The owner, Koji Harada, sources local fish daily from the market and uses local vegetables, preparing dishes with extra care. With his discerning eye, he knows the best fish to buy, so you’ll get the tastiest items if you ask for his recommendation. The yariika (spear squid) from Fukuoka Prefecture can be enjoyed as sushi or sashimi. You can also get the local cooked fish specialty, nukadaki, made with fresh sardines and rice bran, as take-out.
