A Japanese-style ryokan that offers spectacular views of Katsuura Beach. Live fish purchased at the early morning fish market are kept in a live fish tank. Elegantly presented meals change with the seasons and give guests a keen sense of the time of year. To fully enjoy the fresh ingredients, try the kaiseki course with live sashimi. Small groups can come for dining only and use a private room with a view of the sea.
