The restaurant has a 3-ton fish tank filled with squid and other fish from the nearby seas. Because the city of Ogori is inland, customers flock to this restaurant to eat fresh seafood year-round. The local-born owner, Hiroyuki Hayashi, who has trained in Tokyo and Fukuoka, holds nothing back in his effort and mission “to serve people fresh, delicious fish.”
