The owner, Hiroki Miyazaki, is the third-generation chef of this Japanese restaurant established in 1951. Sushi and à la carte dishes are popular, but the signature dish is the ika tsukimi-don, an original dish that consists of rice topped with minced squid legs, sliced swordtip squid, and an egg yolk to bring out the sweetness of the squid. The dish is also available for lunch. The ipponyari brand of swordtip squid is also served as live sashimi (please inquire).
