An izakaya with a full range of sake that features fish locally sourced from Fukuoka. Owner Yuichiro Nakashiro honed his skills at a ryokan at Arima Onsen and another seafood izakaya in Fukuoka before opening this restaurant in 2019. The fresh seafood is purchased daily at the Fukuoka fish market and served in a classic sashimi platter or playfully arranged dishes. Be sure to have a good look at the menu before deciding what to order.
