Italian in a stylish, renovated old house

This Italian restaurant opened in 2020 in a renovated 80-year-old private home. The ikasumi (squid ink) pasta is made from Itoshima golden cuttlefish or other tasty squid in season. Owner-chef Isao Shinagawa has a policy of using “plenty of seafood in our appetizers and pasta dishes.” For a reservation made a few days in advance, he will prepare an “acqua pazza” using a whole sea bream or other fish. A private room is also available that seats six.
