Takiya is known for its assorted sashimi plate (moriawase), served in a wooden box overflowing with fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea. The seafood could not be fresher, as it is delivered direct from the Yanagibashi Union Market, which you can tell by the appearance and taste. The many hot-pot dishes include wagyu motsunabe, tai-shabu with sea bream, and wagyu sukiyaki. Enjoy these Fukuoka favorites to the fullest.
