Local sushi restaurant loved for generations

Popular sushi made with seafood hand-selected by the owner at the Fukuoka Fish Market. The restaurant has had a loyal local following for nearly 50 years. The ingredients change daily, and primarily Fukuoka fish are employed, such as tai (sea bream), aji (horse mackerel), and anago (conger eel), so guests get a good feel for what is in season. The kaisendon seafood rice bowl is an easy choice to make, and hot-pot dishes are winter favorites.
