One of only few restaurants in Fukuoka that exclusively serves seafood. Course meals must be reserved in advance, as owner-chef Takahashi prepares everything himself. Enjoy a unique cross-genre seafood experience, creatively contrived by Mr. Takahashi according to the seafood he buys that day. One of those special dishes is the carpaccio made with kombu-cured meichidai (grey large-eye bream) and locally caught octopus.
