Lots of dishes with red sea bream from Fukuoka

Signature dishes include tai soba and tai chazuke, both of which use red sea bream for their soup, which takes careful preparation. Also popular are the tai meshi (sea bream rice) and fried sea bream sourced from Fukuoka prefecture. The fried sea bream offers a delightful contrast between the crispy batter and fluffy meat, providing double the pleasure. It also goes well with the shop’s special tartar sauce that contains rakkyo sweet vinegar pickles.
