The concept of this kappō restaurant is to offer a casual experience of high-class Japanese kaiseki cuisine. The graceful arrangements are both attractive and delectable, and use mostly local Fukuoka fish purchased direct from the fish market. Like its sister restaurant Toriichi, it also offers the Fukuoka specialty shirouo (ice goby) in season. Guests can enjoy a view of the Muromi River from any seat, table, or private room.
