Kaji

A sister restaurant to the well-known Kaji Honten, a kappo restaurant in Nakasu known for its fugu cuisine. The owner himself goes to the Fukuoka fish market daily to examine and select his ingredients. Diners are treated to the freshest sushi and sashimi, as well as the tastiest à la carte dishes in season. Located on the first floor of a building adjacent to Hakata Station, the restaurant is loved by both locals and tourists alike for its artisanal cuisine.
