Splendid seafood cuisine through the clever use of herbs
A slow-food restaurant situated among the rice paddies of rural Itoshima. The signature dishes combine an abundance of ingredients from Itoshima with about 100 types of herbs grown without sprays in the restaurant’s own herb garden. Innovative dishes include a French-style pan-fried fresh fish from Itoshima accented with herbs. Guests may stroll through the adjacent herb garden for free.
