The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty foods from Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu, and is particularly proud of its seafood from the Genkai Sea. Purchased directly from fishermen at the Nokita Fishing Port in Itoshima, the live sashimi is incredibly fresh, such as the kawahagi (thread-sail filefish) and akō (Matsubara’s red rockfish).
