A sushi restaurant that tries to use as much local fish and produce as possible. Besides the anago (conger eel), fugu, and other fish, wakame seaweed produced locally in Kanezaki is also featured. The rice, shoyu, and miso, are produced in Munakata. The restaurant does not use any additives to ensure that families with children can enjoy the food safely. The steamed eel and sushi teishoku set featuring Kanezaki eel are popular items.
