Cantina means “wine cellar” in Italian, and deserving of the name, the restaurant offers 400 types of wine, from Sicily and other regions. It also serves a variety of Italian cuisine. The “acqua pazza” uses whole white fish and other seafood landed in Fukuoka in a simple preparation that encapsulates the flavor. You’ll want to dip some bread in the sauce to savor every last drop.
