A popular restaurant in Itoshima that may be known for its variety of set meals and desserts, but the à la carte seafood menu is also excellent, using daily catches from Itoshima including tai (sea bream) and hōbō (spiny red gurnard). Fresh ingredients are the restaurant’s calling card, and one special dish is the Italian-cuisine-based whole oven-roasted fish. The sauces uniquely enhance the flavor of each fish.
