A hidden gem of an izakaya that brings Itoshima’s sea and mountain abundance to the back alleys of Tenjin. Squid and sushi are popular items on the varied menu, with seafood coming directly from the Genkai Sea. The house shoyu goes well with the translucent squid, but plain salt is also recommended, as it brings out the flavor of the squid. Other tasty squid preparations are as deep-fried tempura or grilled with salt.
