This izakaya pub serves creative cuisine that honors the ingredients with a focus on fresh seafood from the Fukuoka region. The most popular dish is the local specialty goma saba (sesame mackerel) made with raw mackerel from Kanezaki sprinkled with sesame and steeped in a special sweetened soy sauce. It is a dish that can be made only with very fresh mackerel. A wide range of local sake is also available to enhance the meal, from famous brands to an original house sake. Reservations required.
